A Liquid, Transparent, Investor-Aligned Structure
Separately Managed Accounts (SMAs)
• Client assets are held in individually owned accounts at a Futures Commission Merchant (FCM) selected by the investor. IPC does not take custody of client assets.
• Full transparency with daily reporting of positions, profit and loss, and account valuations provided directly by the FCM.
• No management fee. IPC is compensated solely through a performance allocation, subject to a high-water mark.
• Full liquidity with no lock-up period. Investors maintain control of their accounts and may liquidate positions subject to market conditions.
• No portfolio leverage. All CME Bitcoin futures positions are fully cash-collateralized.
• No direct cryptocurrency ownership or custody exposure. Strategy exposure is obtained solely through regulated, exchange-traded futures.
